	MBA, LLC is a limited liability company registered in California currently consists of two partners: Misti Bruceri, Principal, and Wendy Donaldson, General Manager and a small support staff.

MISTI BRUCERI

As Principal of MBA,LLC, Misti Bruceri has provided technical consulting services to utilites, several private firms and non-profit organizations.  Ms Bruceri has been involved with California energy efficiency programs for more than 17 years. Her background includes:

Energy efficiency program portfolio development, including preparing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and selecting programs.

Contract negotiation, drafting and managment

Policy analysis and advocacy

Building energy simulation software

Technical writing

Energy efficiency program design and implementation, and

Technical support and training.

She worked on PG&E’s Codes and Standards program in an assortment of roles, including advocacy at both the state and local government levels, working with several local governments to help them adopt policies and ordinances encouraging efficient residential new construction in each community.

She also  worked closely with the EnergyPro building simulation software author to transition the original program from a DOS-based platform to Windows. In that role, she helped design the graphical user interface, performed quality control and assurance testing, and created the electronic help system, which she recently updated  to reflect the changes to the program design and operation, and California's Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24 Part 6).

Ms. Bruceri also helped create a version of the EnergyPro software for Natural Resources Canada which operated in both Imperial and metric units. In addition, she coordinated and implemented a project to translate the software and supporting documentation to French so the user could ultimately work in any one of the four possible formats (English/French and Imperial/Metric).

WENDY DONALDSON

Wendy Donaldson, MBA, LLC’s General Manager, is an experienced administrative and accounting manger, as well as, a project manager.  Ms. Donaldson provides analytical and management services in support of many MBA, LLC projects.  She has experience analyzing, trouble-shooting, and organizing rebate program data, developing and preparing rebate application packages, creating presentations, and surveying industrial program participants for evaluation studies.
